Shipping and Returns

Checking and Unloading Instructions for Truck Shipments
We take great care in filling, checking and packing your order. On rare occasions a package may be lost or damaged in transit. At the time the shipment is received:

  • Observe the entire shipment for visible damage and correct amount of pieces.
  • Make notation of shortage or damage on all copies of the freight bill.
  • Sign for the number of pieces, not the number of pallets.
  • Unpack cartons immediately to check their contents for possible damage.
  • If hidden or concealed damage is discovered, save the carton, request an inspection report immediately from the carrier. Call the US Foods Culinary Equipment & Supplies team at: 1-800-486-4639
  • Concealed damage must be reported and inspection requested within 5 days.

*Do not return damaged items to US Foods Culinary Equipment & Supplies without prior written documentation.

Need it faster?

Our large inventories allow us to ship your order for IN STOCK merchandise within 24 business hours of receipt of the order. Orders received by 12:00 pm are out by 5 pm.

If you need your order even faster, we offer quicker delivery options. Call a sales representative for details and estimated additional charges. It will help if you call us earlier in the day to arrange these options.

For an additional charge, we offer Next Day, Second Day and Third Day Delivery:

  • Next Day Air − offers delivery the following business day
  • Second Day Air − offers delivery the second business day
  • Third Day Air − offers delivery the third business day

Saturday delivery is available in limited markets on Next Day Air Shipments.

Warranty & Repair

Our commitment to you, our customer doesn′t end when your order has been filled. When you purchase equipment from US Foods Culinary Equipment & Supplies, you can depend on us to answer all your questions regarding warranty and repair. We?re ready to help you in any way we can.

Returns

Merchandise that is shipped direct from the manufacturer or is a non−stock item is subject to a factory restocking charge.

Used or custom manufactured items and made−to−order merchandise are not returnable.

Make a Return

New, unused In-Stock merchandise may be returned, in its original carton within 30 days of invoice. To ensure proper handling and credit of returns, please follow these simple steps:

  • You will be issued a Return Authorization. A return label and authorization form will be mailed to you.
  • Upon receipt of the label, please return the merchandise to us.
